Carglass® in Germany is a specialist in the repair and rebuilding of vehicle glass. In Germany, Carglass® employs around 2,100 employees, including over 1,600 specially trained Carglass® technicians. About 250 employees work at the head office in Cologne, around 170 employees are employed at the Customer Contact Center (Call Center). The company operates around 1.2 million. Customer contacts per year and helps drivers throughout Germany, either in one of the 370 service centers or on the move with more than 240 mobile units. Your tasks - with efficiency Benefits, who are thrilling: You are building our Benefits portfolio and designing innovative additional services that meet the needs of our employees and positioning Carglass® as an attractive employer. Advice with expertise: You are the first contact person:in for our HR business partners and executives in all questions concerning remuneration, benefits, incentives and performance management. Structures that carry: You control central control processes such as salary rounds, bonus payments and performance cycles – with a clear look for efficiency, fairness and compliance. Design with responsibility: You develop guidelines, accompany works council negotiations on salaries-relevant topics and work closely with internal stakeholders and international corporate partners (Belron). Projects with perspective: You guide or support cross-departmental projects in Total Rewards – national and international

You bring - professional & human Technical background: studies with business focus (e.g. BWL, personnel management) Experience: Multiannual professional experience in the area of Compensation & Benefits – ideally in an international environment or in an advisory function Strengths: Strategic and Analytical Thinking, High Own Responsibility, Persuasive Communication Skill and A Standing Skills: Very good knowledge of German and English, safe handling of MS Office – knowledge of HR IT systems (e.g. Workday
