After completion of the project, you will take over further construction projects in the area of Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg. Own-sponsored management of the construction site in Nuremberg with the control of all contractors (up to 100 persons on site) Guidance and coordination of the construction site team including 2. construction manager / polisher as well as internal service team (up to 4 persons) Date, cost and quality control as well as independent accounting of construction services Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations (building permit, plans, VOB, SiGe guidelines) Creation and maintenance of the construction schedule Participation in regulatory acceptances and transfers to customers

Successfully completed studies in civil engineering, architecture or comparable technical training Mind. 3, ideally 5 years of professional experience in construction management in turnkey construction Detection of a general contractor in Germany Knowledge of German construction law, especially VOB Embossed organizational talent, enforcement strength and team skills Sovereign appearance, independent action and decision-making competence Digital affinity and quick understanding for new tools
