Pedagogical caregiver in communal living

(m/w/d) for our social therapeutic residence in the integration aid according to SGB IX, as part of social participation.

From now on, we are looking for dedicated pedagogical professionals (Heilerziehungspfleger/in or Sozialpädagoge/in or comparable qualification) to strengthen our team. Our business area is aimed at people with mental illnesses and includes professional support, the creation of social and development reports and documentation of the processes to achieve individual goals. Support for clients in everyday management, close cooperation with relatives, doctors and therapists, documentation of support services and social participation.

Your profile:

• Professional experience in working with mentally ill people is beneficial
• readiness for shift services and weekend services
• Empathy, patience, and an appreciation of our clients.
• independent working and good organizational skills
• Team skills and communication strength
• Class B driving licence/car and minibuses required
