CNC Machine Operator Tool Grinder (m/w/d) from 19,50 €/h in Chemnitz

We are looking for a CNC machine operator tool grinder (m/w/d) for our customers at Chemnitz site. In this position you take over the operation and installation of modern CNC machine grinders and support the production and processing of high-quality precision tools.

♪ Your future task:

• Set up, run and operate CNC machine grinders
• grinding, re grinding and processing of carbide tools such as drills, milling cutters and special tools
• Support in the production of new tools in small series
• Repair and reprocessing of tools for new production
• Adapting machine parameters and support for program corrections
• Implementation of measurement, shape and visual inspections according to quality specifications
• Work according to technical drawings, work plans and production documents
• Documentation of processing and test results
• Maintenance, maintenance and monitoring of machines and equipment used
• Ensuring order, cleanliness and quality standards in the work area

Your profile for the CNC machine operator tool grinder (m/w/d) from 19,50 €/h:

• Experience as CNC machine operator (m/w/d), ideally in the field of tool grinding or precision machining
• Knowledge of setting up and operating CNC machines
• Experience in the machining of carbide tools or similar precision components of advantage
• knowledge of controllers such as Siemens 840D or software applications such as NumROTO desirable
• Technical understanding and safe handling of technical drawings
• Experience in handling measuring and testing equipment
• Careful, reliable and quality-conscious operation
• Ready to work in the 3-shift system
• Completed technical vocational training of advantage, but not necessarily necessary
• German knowledge of everyday working life desirable
