You take over the proactive control and support of a commercial lease portfolio. Focus on complex intensive cases and regulatory requirements of the MaRisk As a central contact person in the inbound and outbound, you communicate professionally with customers, trade partners and lawyers You develop individual strategies for credit stabilization. With negotiation skills in payment agreements and cancellations, you ensure the long-term success of business relations You coordinate sovereign insolvency proceedings, check claims and act as competent interface partner for insolvency administrators You specifically initiate strategic recovery measures and control them efficiently until completion You act as a link between internal disciplines such as law and risk controlling as well as external partners (collection service providers, courts and courts) You ensure compliance with the highest standards in terms of compliance, GDPR and internal risk and business strategies

Completed commercial training, including multi-year professional experience in commercial receivable management, problem credit management with a leasing company, legal service provider or financial service provider Funded expertise in insolvency law and practice of insolvency administration (registration of claims, handling of insolvency administrators) Experience in inbound/outbound telephony and discussion with difficult customersSafe handling with MS Office Good knowledge of German in Word and Writing, English knowledge is advantageous Impressed communication and negotiation strength as well as conflictability and empathy to business customers and internal and external interfaces Structured, solution-oriented operation and high documentation and process discipline Do you recognize yourself in this description?
