Completed qualification as a master (w/m/d) in the field of gardening and landscape construction or a comparable qualification Professional experience in gardening and landscape construction as well as pleasure in communicating professional knowledge in practice Sensitivity and appreciation in dealing with young people with different conditions Pleasure of pedagogical support and individual promotion of trainees Team skills and cooperation in cooperation with colleagues A sense of responsibility and a structured way of working in the organisation of training and examinations Interest in continuing education and training as well as in their own professional and educational development The membership of a Christian church, which belongs to the working group of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany, is desirable.
