Analysis and design of the human-AI task division in AI-supported systems of non-destructive testing (ZfP) Identification and structuring of user-specific requirements for transparency, clarity and interaction design based on qualitative and quantitative empirical surveys Conception, implementation and evaluation of empirical studies on the evaluation of the developed AI prototype (e.g. usability, usage and acceptance analyses) deriving sound design recommendations to promote comprehensibility, reasonable trust and safe application Scientific evaluation, publication and presentation of the results and cooperation on project and transfer activities Specialized guidance for student assistants as well as support for student graduates in the area of Human-KI interaction
Completed academic studies (master or comparable) in psychology, human factors, cognition, work and organizational psychology, human-computer interaction or a related subject Knowledge in human-machine interaction, human factors or cognitive-psychological basics of technical systems Experience in the design and implementation of qualitative and/or quantitative empirical studies Knowledge of the statistical analysis of empirical data Ability to independent scientific work Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Good communication and information behaviour, targeted and structured working methods, initiative / willingness to use and capability, willingness to make decisions and ability to decide, and willingness to cooperate It would also be desirable: Experience with usability evaluation and/or analysis of trust and acceptance of technical systems Knowledge in the field of KI (XAI), automation or safety-critical systems Experience in interdisciplinary research projects
