Responsibility for the planning and control of reservations and customer orders in the project and service business Ensure reliable planning dates across the entire project life cycle – from sales to engineering and operations to service Maintenance and monitoring of plan values for reservations and ongoing customer orders Coordination of delivery and production dates with the participating departments Early identification of date deviations, capacity bottlenecks and project risks and the introduction of appropriate measures Support for rolling capacity planning and prioritisation of orders Ensuring a transparent deadline, capacity and information situation for all participants Further development of our planning and control processes and implementation of forecast and scenario analyses as a basis for decision Sparring partners of the management in proactive capacity management to ensure optimal utilization Creation of evaluations, status reports and schedules

A completed technical or commercial training, ideally complemented by a further education in the field of production planning, work preparation or supply chain management Multiannual professional experience in order planning, production control or project coordination – ideally in machine or special plant construction Safe handling of ERP systems (preferably SAP) and good knowledge in MS Office A structured, analytical and solution-oriented approach Organizational and clear and binding communication Responsibility, decision-making and enforcement Technical understanding and joy in coordinating complex processes Team spirit and fun in cross-disciplinary cooperation
