The place You see your future in the design and administration of our IT system landscape? As Head of System Administration and Business Support, you work closely with our specialist and IT experts. They provide service-oriented support and stable availability of our IT systems.

In a global environment, you have the chance to develop innovative systems and process solutions and drive our IT landscape forward.

As a team leader*in, you are responsible for a stable administration, service-oriented support and the further development of all IT systems at the Dortmund site. They ensure the compliance and data integrity of the systems and ensure a proper validation status. With your system know-how and expertise, you implement process improvements and run extensive IT projects. You are also responsible for coordinating and implementing system maintenance, release upgrades, support packages and new infrastructure components. Thanks to your communicative and organizational skills, you represent topics of system administration in appropriate bodies and audits.

Requirements Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field Multiannual experience in administration and support of complex IT systems such as SAP, MES and Quality management systems Extensive expertise in computer system validation Deep project management capabilities (V/Agile/Scrum) and out-of-the-box sinks High level of responsibility Impressed problem-solving and decision-making capabilities and self-responsibility Very good knowledge of German and English
