What awaits you with us: Sustainability: dedicated cooperation with our sustainability coordinator for implementing sustainability initiatives. Further development: the instruments for implementing and controlling our sustainability programme. Reporting: Leading cooperation in sustainability reporting (CSRD) in close coordination with the relevant specialist areas. Advice and support: all departments in outsourcing management, in particular in workflows for contract management, including the creation of risk assessments, control and monitoring tasks and regular adjustments. Representation: the central outsourcing officer. That's what you bring: Completed studies: You have a successfully completed degree in banking/economic or legal sciences or a comparable qualification. Professional experience: You not only have experience in the relevant tasks, but also know the regulatory requirements, such as MaRisk, CSRD, ESRS and DORA. Strategic thinking: You have strong strategic competencies and excellent analytical skills that allow you to conduct risk analysis and effectively shape monitoring processes. Strong communication skills & “Hands-On” mentality: You have the ability to present and explain complex topics clearly and understandably. Objective: You work independently, result-oriented, and cooperatively, with particular emphasis on reliability and precision.
