Optimization and monitoring of logistical processes, including action plans and continuous improvement Process controlling with focus on economic thinking, statistics management and implementation of work instructions Management and support of personnel through deployment planning, employee discussions and team information exchange Responsibility for cleanliness and order Implementation and control of work instructions and conduct of statistics Coordination of the required consumables Working in the daily business and reporting of disturbances outside the daily business Responsibility for technical equipment Compliance with safety regulations (safety, hazardous substances and dangerous goods regulation) Planning and control of productivity, processes and human resources Monitoring compliance with IFS and HACCP concept Development and monitoring of action plans in the event of discrepancies or in the course of the CSDP

Professional experience required in logistics and at least two years of experience in managing personnel Good MS Office knowledge and ideally in the application of warehouse management systems Good knowledge of German in word and writing High operational readiness Teamability and responsible action
