EUV Measurement Technology Expert (m/w/d)

Tasks:

• Development of high-precision measuring techniques for the qualification of optical layers on EUV mirrors in the interdisciplinary team
• Creation of concepts and derivation of technical requirements for subsystems and components
• Integration of new solutions in measurement processes and algorithms
• Problem solution when commissioning and operating EUV radiation sources
• Verification of Ideas and Detection of Measurement by Experiments and Data Analysis
• Support for production in complex technical issues through scientific expertise

Profile:

• Study with focus on physics, ideally with doctorate
• Experience in optical measurement technology, preferably under vacuum conditions
• sound expertise in laser physics and EUV radiation generation
• Knowledge of measurement accuracy, calibration and complex measurement technology
• very good skills in programming and data analysis, preferably with MATLAB or Python
• very good knowledge of German and English
