F&B Operations Manager (m/f/d)

Total operational responsibility for all gastronomic areas in the daily business as well as for events and special formats Ensuring a smooth run in restaurants, cafes, bars, kiosks and mobile sales stands Operational shift management and control of the entire R&B operation including quality and service standards Planning, organisation and implementation of gastronomic concepts and event gastronomy at special events Ensuring highest customer satisfaction and continuous optimization of service processes and guest experiences Responsibility for goods management, inventory control, and compliance with cost and budget requirements Monitoring and ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety and quality standards in accordance with HACCP guidelines

Multiannual professional practice in gastronomy/hotel industry Successfully completed training or study High hospitality and service orientation with focus on a first-class guest experience Entrepreneurial thinking associated with pragmatic, solution-oriented action Safe knowledge of German and English in word and writing at a safe level
