As an “Expert R&D and Innovation Management” you are part of the Corporate Division Research & Development, which is responsible for the company-wide research and innovation activities. This includes, in particular, the control and further development of the Group-wide Innovation Programme Idea2net. In this role, you actively shape the innovation programme and thereby contribute significantly to the company's future potential Support the International Community: You join our international innovation community, take care of the onboarding of new members, moderate digital exchange formats and actively support the community platform Developing ideas for future concepts: You accompany the entire innovation process, from initial ideas to successful implementation. In doing so, you coordinate relevant activities, promote cooperation between disciplines and contribute to transfer innovative impulses structuredly into the organization. Project Portfolio Management: You have an overview of planned and ongoing research and innovation projects, coordinate the reporting for different bodies and communication formats and control the use of state funding programs
