Your mission: As the first contact person for IT questions and disruptions, you are the employee that the team needs! You receive requests by phone, e-mail and via our ticket system and ensure that technical problems are resolved quickly and efficiently.

Support & troubleshooting: You support our employees in using and troubleshooting Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Analysis & Diagnosis: You analyze errors in MS Teams, SharePoint, Telephony and VPN access. User Management & System Care: You manage and manage user accounts in Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and Exchange.

Teamplayer: You support the team in password resets, forget permissions and set up jobs as well as configuration of PCs and laptops.

Documentation: You document solutions and processes in our internal knowledge database so that your knowledge is also accessible to others.

Operating systems: You bring well-founded knowledge in managing Windows operating systems and know exactly how to use them optimally. Support & troubleshooting: With your multi-year professional experience, you analyse, identify and resolve technical problems.

Communication: With your relaxed and patient way, you take care of the concerns of our employees.

M365 architecture: Your knowledge of the M365 architecture (Azure/Entra, Exchange, Microsoft Defender) is very good.

Network: You have a good sense of network architecture, VPNs and cloud storage systems.

Server: The server management is not strange to you; you have experience in the installation, configuration and maintenance of Windows servers.

Security: You know the different security structures and have an understanding of IT security policies and experience in dealing with firewalls, antivirus software and security protocols.
