Agentic AI Platform Owner (m/f/d)

You develop the architecture, strategy, and roadmap for our Agentic AI platforms, especially for Agent 365, and you are running a scalable and secure platform design. By establishing a comprehensive AI governance framework (incl. EU AI Act, GDPR, NIST AI RMF), you will ensure clear guidelines and responsible AI usage. Microsoft Purview, M365 Defender, Entra ID Identity Governance, Data Classification and DLP mechanisms are targeted to ensure security, compliance and traceability. Robust lifecycle, monitoring and zero-touch operating processes for agentic systems are also built on automated validation pipelines, self-healing mechanisms and compliance-conscious deployment patterns. You are coordinating external experts who support you in architectural and implementation tasks. Together with product teams, M365 engineering, cloud & security, compliance and specialist areas, you identify and prioritize use cases and transfer them to scalable agentic AI solutions. You are driving innovation by leading workshops, developing MVPs and empowering specialist areas for Agentic AI, Copilot Extensibility and Graph API integrations.

A completed master's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, AI / ML, Software Engineering or a comparable discipline Multiannual experience in architecture, implementation or operation of cloud, M365 or AI platforms – ideally with Agentic AI, Multi-Agent systems or Copilot Extensibility Knowledge of Microsoft Purview, Defender, Entra ID, Information Protection, Data Governance, DLP and Auditing Functions Experience in building safe, scalable AI or automation platforms and in the introduction of governance and compliance standards Practical know-how in LLM/Agent Frameworks, M365 integrations (Graph API, Plugins), RAG concepts as well as automation and monitoring tool chains Understanding AI Risk Management, Ethical AI Use, Security-by Design and Privacy-by-Design Routine in the technical control of external experts:insides or service providers Very good communication and consulting skills as well as the ability to understand complex issues An agile mindset, joy of innovation, independence and a high sense of responsibility for the safe and effective use of AI Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
