Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Dresden As a process engineer Etch/Ash (w/m/div.), you will be responsible for processes and plants in the field of Etch/Ash, focusing on recipe creation and improving process stability and machine availability. You analyze and solve production and process problems and create evaluations as well as correlations of data for increasing process quality and yield, thereby implementing the Bosch requirements of process stability by means of SPC, FDC and R2R. In addition, you support area-specific projects for process flexibility and cost reduction. Your responsibility is also to carry out release processes and to adapt existing processes to new plants. In addition, you support the development of new manufacturing processes and the procurement of manufacturing plants and are involved in technology transfers.

Education: successfully completed studies (Diplom/Master) in the field of electrical engineering, semiconductor technology, chemistry, physics, process engineering or comparable study programme Experiences: good knowledge and first practical experience area Etch/Ash, preferably 300-mm semiconductor technology; Experience in data analysis and data processing.
