• As a KI specialist m/w/d, you actively shape the next development stage of HR Services in the AI age - from idea to implementation to successful operational use.
• They introduce innovative AI solutions in central HR processes, integrate them and continuously develop them.
• They identify and evaluate future-oriented use cases at the interface of artificial intelligence, HR-Tech, knowledge management, automation and user experience.
• You can unlock and implement applications for AI and automation in order to make HR processes more efficient, scalable and user-centred and to reduce manual expenditure.
• Together with specialist departments and relevant stakeholders, they develop practical, sustainable and user-oriented HR solutions with real added value.
• They ensure that new technologies are effectively anchored, scaled and successfully used in everyday work.
• They structure new topics, establish best practices and combine innovative strength with reliability with consistent consideration of governance, compliance and quality requirements.

This will bring you

• Successfully completed studies, e.g. in economics, business informatics, economic engineering, economic psychology or a comparable subject
• Found professional experience in HR-Tech, digital transformation, HR-IT, AI-close solutions or technology-driven process optimization, ideally about 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in the design, successful implementation and further development of digital solutions
• Good sense for connecting technology, processes and user needs and the ability to develop sustainable solutions *Funded technical understanding of SAP systems (SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM and SAP BTP) as well as modern data platforms and integration tools such as e.g. SAP Joule or n8n
• Ideally experience in handling AI applications, automation, knowledge management or data-driven HR processes
• Structured, analytical and solution-oriented operation as well as communication strength and safe occurrence in dealing with different stakeholders
• Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
