We are looking for a sustainability manager (w/m/d) in Dresden and the surrounding area.

That's what distinguishes you

• You bring first practical experience in sustainability management with reference to the automotive or vehicle industry
• You have successfully completed your studies (e.g. environmental engineering, sustainability management, industrial engineering)
• You have well-founded knowledge of laws, standards, certifications and data collection and evaluation
• You already have experience in developing ISO50001
• a routine handling of MS Office products is not a problem for you
• You have good communication and presentation skills
• Enforcement and hard-natured characterizes you

Your tasks as a sustainability manager

• Development and implementation of a comprehensive sustainability strategy integrated into all relevant business areas and departments
• Monitoring progress in sustainability objectives and regular reporting
• Ensure compliance with environmental and sustainability standards as well as legal regulations, in particular the CSRD
• Identification and implementation of projects to reduce the company's environmental footprint
• Conception and implementation of training programs and workshops for employees
• Provision and preparation of relevant data for external reporting in accordance with the requirements
