HR Manager Learning & Development (m/f/d)

For our HR team, we are looking for an experienced personality that shapes our learning and development culture and at the same time takes over the management of the recruiting area.

Development and implementation of a holistic learning-&-development strategy including modern, digital and hybrid learning formats

Active further development of a value-based corporate culture and the conception and implementation of measures in the fields of diversity, inclusion & engagement

Leadership of the talent acquisition division including further development of the recruiting team as well as continuous optimization of the recruiting processes and strengthening the employer branding

Ensuring performance and development talks and building a structured follow-up plan for key positions

Analysis of skills requirements and derivation of targeted development measures for employees and managers.

Advising employees and managers on development and career opportunities as well as developing clear, transparent and attractive career paths

Completed studies in the field of human resources, business management or comparable discipline

Multiannual relevant professional experience in Learning & Development and Talent Acquisition/Recruiting

Comprehensive expertise in the development and successful implementation of innovative learning-&-development concepts

Safe handling of HRsystems and digital learning platforms

Outstanding coaching expertise as well as extensive experience in accompaniment, development and strengthening teams

Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking and intercultural competence

Very good German and English skills in word and writing
