In this role, you are a central contact person (w/m/d) for all issues relating to payment control and make sure that our payment processes run efficiently, transparently and reliably with customers and suppliers. As a central contact person (w/m/d), you take the independent examination of payment suggestions and equal the payment amounts The first release of payments is made by you within the scope of the applicable limitation and approval directives Responsibility for managing payment transactions is your task as well as close coordination of corrections with creditor accounting You will pass audited payment runs to the main accounting The reworking of incorrect payments as well as the continuous optimization of the processes are also within your responsibility

Your basis is a completed commercial training or a comparable qualification You have secure knowledge in the current MS Office applications as well as high IT affinity and routined handling of the PC Ideally you bring first commercial professional experience in administration You like to work in the team, are open to varied tasks and bring good social competence with you
