Your duties

• Coordination of ongoing accounting, including main book, creditor, debitor and asset accounting
• Management and further development of the Financial Accounting Team
• Development and development of control structures
• Responsibility for the proper preparation of annual accounts (HGB)
• Creation and analysis of balance sheet and GuV accounts
• Ensuring compliance with accounting policies and tax regulations
• Control and planning of liquidity
• Close cooperation with management and our institutions
• Contact person for banks, tax office, cost center, auditors, tax advisor
• Ensuring the timely creation and submission of tax returns
• Further development of accounting
• Administration Finance and Controlling Software

Your profile

• Successfully completed business studies with a focus on finance/invoicing or comparable training
• Proven professional experience in management likes to be in a comparable function ideally in the area of finance/controlling or in an audit firm
• Knowledge of national tax and commercial law
• Secure handling of accounting software and MS Office
