Support for the acquisition and implementation of national and international M&A transactions, including sell-side and buy-side transactions, public acquisitions and fairness opinions Participation in the creation of corporate assessments based on multiplier and DCF analyses and in the development of transaction and financing structures Responsibility for extensive modules as part of the creation of project and marketing documents such as teasers, information memorandums and management presentations Preparation and preparation of customer appointments and pitches as well as project-related research on company, industry and market information Cooperation with international teams of our network partners, such as Natixis and Geneva Capital, in exciting cross-order transactions Coordination with other product and advisory units as part of the integrated corporate finance approach, in particular with Corporate Finance, LBBW and the M&A unit in Singapore

Highly successfully completed economic studies or comparable international degree, ideally focusing on M&A/Corporate Finance, Finance, Accounting or Law At least 2-3 years of professional experience in M&A/Corporate Finance through internships in M&A boutiques, consulting companies, audit firms, banks or industry Embossed Analytical Skills and Advanced Knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint Self-conscient, responsible working, high motivation, resilience, safe occurrence and presentation strength Ability to innovative and creatively develop sustainable customer solutions Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Team-oriented working and pronounced soft skills for positive cooperation
