Your area of responsibility:

Technical and disciplinary leadership of the team of electrical engineering and pneumatic railway vehicles Support of the workshop manager in all aspects of maintenance services focusing on electrical engineering and pneumatics Determining the daily workflow with regard to the tasks to be performed and the personnel requirement, taking into account the necessary railway safety measures and operational requirements Monitor all electrotechnical repairs on motor vehicles, including final inspection, in compliance with applicable technical rules and specifications Disruption, repair monitoring and repair removal in your own workshop and in foreign companies Participate in creating costing and unwinding customer orders assuming technical tests on equipment and equipment (in particular crane systems and pressure equipment); Perspectively take over further functions, including responsible electric power creating strata and holiday plans; Setting up, maintaining and updating a staff development plan of the staff members* Implementation of annual safety documentation and internal training Participation in the readiness service
