Responsibility for the entire order-to-cash process in spare part management Proactive customer communication to ensure delivery reliability, especially for bottlenecks Analysis and reporting of delivery delays and open orders for process improvement Implementation of demand determinations and forecasts for optimising storage Close coordination with internal and external logistics partners as well as specialist departments Care and management of the relevant master data

Successfully completed commercial training or relevant studies At least 2-3 years of professional experience in the supply chain environment (logistics, operative purchasing/sales) German and English knowledge in word and writing Handling SAP R/3 and MS Office Structured, independent and result-oriented with a high degree of care Strong communication, enforceable and motivated to learn new things and to develop
