SAP Support Specialist (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

Take these challenges

• SAP users support in 1st and 2nd level support
• Classification of Incident, Service Request, Change Request with Focus on Finance and Controlling
• Processing of Incidents & Service Requests in the FI/CO modules
• Support for operational business activities such as monthly and annual accounts, booking corrections and processing of booking errors
• Situative support for electronic payment and creditor workflow (AFI)
• Development of targeted solutions and workarounds for problems and their solution documentation
• Escalation management to the 3rd level if required
• General administration of the FI/CO primary modules in SAP
• Monitoring & operation of interfaces and intercompany movements in SAP
• Implementation of queries and data analyses

Your qualifications:

That's what you bring

• Complete study of economic informatics or comparable qualification
• Knowledge of the SAP modules FI/CO
• Experience in dealing with incident, service and change management processes
• Knowledge in the field of finance and controlling as well as understanding for monthly and annual accounts, booking corrections etc.
• Experience in escalation management and the creation of workarounds in problems
• Practical experience with the monitoring & operation of interfaces in SAP systems
• Ability to carry out complex data analyses using queries
• Willingness to cooperate on situational project activities and change requests
• Knowledge of integration tests after changes
• Flowing German knowledge, as well as good English knowledge in word and writing
