Take responsibility: You develop and develop innovative AI projects that solve complex problems. Holistic care: You enter the entire life cycle of AI applications – from evaluation and conception to development and provision to production operations. Software development: You follow standard software development practices (version control, testing, DevOps), program interactive user interfaces, provide APIs for integration and establish connections with other APIs. Assessment of applications: You identify and evaluate new AI applications and integrate them into existing business processes. Teamwork: You work closely with data scientists, data engineers and software developers to develop and scale AI solutions. Optimization: You evaluate and optimize existing AI models in terms of performance, scalability, accuracy and safety. Many possibilities: You have the chance to expand your expertise and apply your knowledge in projects in different areas. For example, if you are interested in infrastructure, you can help optimize the cloud or on-premises infrastructure for AI workloads to ensure cost efficiency.

You will bring knowledge of software development as well as practical experience in generative AI, machine learning or data-driven projects. You are versed in programming languages such as Python, Java, Typescript, Go and have experience with REST APIs and databases. You understand generic AI methods such as RAG, fine tuning, agents, reasoning workflows and more. You plan architecture and software to ensure automation, stability and ease of maintenance. Knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure or AWS), data science, Kubernetes or front-end development are advantageous. You are technically very interested, you will be able to work independently in new technologies and tasks and share your knowledge with colleagues. You are team-ready and have good communication skills. You already have experience in the design and implementation of training.
