Tasks

• Pre- and preparation of food
• Preparation - Mise en Place
• Takeover of work in the kitchen and cleaning of kitchen utensils
• Clean food
• Compliance with HACCP hygiene rules and internal procedures and standards

Qualifications

• Experience in gastronomy
• Reliability, cleanliness and high quality standards
• Engaged use and independent work
• Friendly appearance to guests and colleagues
• Flexibility and loadability
• Team skills
