You want to strategically develop modern network and infrastructure services, drive innovative technologies and control IT projects with real added value? You are responsible for the strategic and operational development of our infrastructure services, focusing on network, media technology and IT facility management. Be part of the ADAC air rescue and shape the digital future of a vital mission. Designing network and infrastructure - you develop our network infrastructure strategically, define standards and evaluate new technologies. You make sure that our infrastructure meets the requirements of a modern air rescue organization. Enable modern working environments - You are responsible for the further development of our conference, presentation and media technology as well as the IT Facility Management systems at our locations and, together with our partners, ensure reliable operation. Control projects and partners - You guide IT infrastructure projects from conception to implementation and coordinate internal and external stakeholders. You control service levels, quality, budget and dates. Establish standards and secure operation - You develop technical standards and operating processes, coordinate the stakeholders in critical disruptions and ensure sustainable solutions. Advice at eye level - You are the central contact person for specialist areas, projects and management and brings your expertise into strategic and technical decisions. Mobility & Flexibility - You bring the willingness to occasionally travel to our locations and external partners within the framework of projects and business topics.

The theory sits - you have completed training in IT or studying computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification. Professional experience - You can demonstrate multi-year experience in the infrastructure environment and have ideally developed network services, media technology or IT facility management conceptually. Know how - You have knowledge in enterprise networks, network architectures and IT facility management. In addition, you bring experience in dealing with enterprise service management systems as well as established frameworks such as FitSM or ITIL. Service providers tax you sovereignly and infrastructure projects you accompany structured up to successful implementation. Information security and business continuity are an integral part of a professional infrastructure operation. Working - You think conceptually, work structured and take responsibility. Complex relationships analyze quickly and bring together different participants in a targeted manner. Communication - You communicate safely with technical and non-technical contacts. Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English complete your profile.
