Tasks

You make sure that everything goes round with heating, ventilation & Co. - from regular maintenance to clever troubleshooting -Fremdfirms coordinate you sovereignly, especially in the field of telecommunications, network technology and HLS

• You have a reliable look at the fire alarm system - all over the factory -You are actively involved in construction and conversion projects - with a focus on energy-efficient solutions -Even lifts, compressed air and gas media networks are your area -heating and water treatment- lying with you in the best hands -Clar: Repairs, malfunctions and quick solutions are part of your daily business.

Requirements profile

A completed training as a plant mechanic:in SHK, Ventilation engineer:in or in the operating/automating technology - also comparable qualifications -experience in maintenance of technical equipment -You know yourself with intelligent building control and have ideally already worked with Siemens building control technology

• You're a real team player, you work independently and you always have the big picture -Customer orientation is not a flea, but a living practice
