Together with the fleet team, you win professional drivers and trainees and support our branches directly on site. From the first contact to the decision coordinate and conduct interviews and ensure a professional and personal application process. Existing recruiting channels and partnerships will help you develop new opportunities and ideas. You accompany new employees during onboarding and ensure a successful start at Geis. You work in an international environment and take over their own recruiting and personnel projects in central fleet management.

Commercial training and ideally first experience in recruiting or staffing Experience in the extraction of professional employees or professional drivers is a plus – especially from logistics or personnel services Communication strength, fingertip feeling and a safe occurrence in dealing with a variety of people Self-employed, solution-oriented working and joy in introducing new ideas and trying things out Very good knowledge of English and readiness for regular service trips within Germany; another Eastern European language is advantageous
