Technical Sales Support in Medium-Sized Businesses (m/f/d)

INTAS S.I.I. GmbH develops and distributes imaging systems for research and life science. Our devices are used worldwide in laboratories – wherever reliable results and a simple, practical application are required.

At INTAS we work close to the product, close to the customers and at eye level. You are a member of the customer: You are the first-line phone support contact for customers:in case of questions about application, installation and simple technical topics You support sales by creating offers, processing orders and consulting customer and distributor contacts You continue to conduct more complex technical questions to second-level support You work closely with technology, service and product management You are very rarely active in the field, e.g. at trade fairs

You have to earn first experience in sales You have very good German skills in word and writing You have basic English skills for emails and simple conversations You have the pleasure of contacting the customer by phone and will be friendly and binding You work structured, reliable and independent You have a basic technical understanding, which is of advantage Ideally, you bring experience in the life science or laboratory environment, but this is not a must, and also cross-comers are welcome:
