Team Leader in the Night Star Express area (m/f/d)

You take the professional leadership of the Night‐Star team in parallel to your daily business

You work closely with the depot line, the NSE team, the handling and the warehouse and regularly tune with all areas

You organize, plan and prioritize the daily work tasks in the team

You make sure that all upcoming activities are completed in full and in due time

You process orders in the field of courier, express and parcel services (KEP)

You calculate costs and dispose of special trips

You take care of customer service and are a contact person for concerns and solutions

You carry out quality controls and ensure compliance with all quality standards

You prepare insurance-relevant topics and process related processes

You collect, control and manufacture shipments in night and day business

You have a successfully completed training in the field of forwarding/logistics or a comparable qualification

Ideally, you already have professional experience in the courier, express and parcel service environment (KEP)

You have a strong customer orientation and are always service-oriented

You have good computer skills and can safely handle common systems

Good knowledge of English is desirable and facilitate communication

You are ready to use, team-oriented and work reliably with others

You work concentrated and with highest accuracy

You are characterized by reliability and durability – even in more challenging situations

You are ready to work within a shift plan between 6 am and 6 pm
