You are the medical-strategic contact person for the acquisition of new and the further development of partially long-standing customers and design campaigns and projects in tandem with account directors You advise medical-scientific both internally and externally and are the content and conceptual lead in existing and new customers as well as in pitches You represent the medical competence of the dpmed externally and internally and are the stimulus for the strategic positioning of the agency You actively support your network of opinion leaders You develop the Medical Department together with the Head of Medical Department

You are a doctorate/ doctorate, leadership experience of advantage You have at least. 5 years of experience in the clinic/practice and have already experienced in the strategic customer consulting in the healthcare market (agent or pharmaceutical company) You have a strong conceptual and strategic thinking and independently develop strategic communication concepts You can quickly work into various medical-scientific content and support different indications, thematic areas and formats at the same time You have experience in implementing projects in the field of healthcare communication You are above average engaged and have a high motivation, self-initiative and strong sense of responsibility You work systematically and independently with high flexibility and the willingness to actively participate and rethink You enjoy working in departmental and cross-functional teams, are cooperative, communicative and collegial German as a native language or German language at the level of mother tongue (C2), good to very good English knowledge (from B2)
