Payroll clerk TV-L (m/f/d)

In close team work, you will process and create the monthly pay bill taking into account all tariff, tax and social insurance requirements (TV-L). A trusted exchange and mutual representation are of course in this. In addition, ensure the maintenance and updating of the personal master files, carry out the reporting and certification, and assist the employee as a competent contact person in all accounting questions. In addition, you take over the examination and settlement of travel costs according to the applicable statutory and internal regulations. You communicate with social security institutions, financial offices and other external bodies and accompany audits by appropriate institutions. Last but not least, you are actively involved in the further development and optimization of our accounting and personnel processes and create evaluations and statistics for internal purposes.

You have completed commercial training – ideally with training in the field of pay billing or personnel – or a comparable qualification, such as, for example, a tax or administrative specialist (w/m/d). Multiannual professional experience in payroll accounting, preferably in public service with knowledge in TV-L, a pronounced understanding of numbers as well as knowledge in accounting perfectly complete your profile. In the right to pay tax and social security you are safely on the go and keep your expertise up to date. Knowledge of travel costs is of advantage. You work carefully, structured and responsible.
