Intern/Working Student in HR – Learning & Development (m/f/d)

Actively shape the learning culture of an international company and support creative communication campaigns around learning, training, future skills and artificial intelligence. Support the further development of our Learning Academy and gain exciting insights into the design, marketing and management of learning opportunities for different target groups. Work with internal experts, executives and external partners and accompany learning and development initiatives from idea to successful implementation. Plan and support innovative learning formats and events such as workshops, learning weeks, leadership programs, info sessions or our Learning Day. Take organizational tasks around our training and development programs and work together with the team to ensure a smooth process. Care learning offers and content in our learning systems, support communication with participants and coordinate appointments, materials and coordination with internal and external partners. Create presentations, evaluations and reports and prepare feedbacks as well as learning key figures to continuously develop our offers. Research current trends on learning, leadership, change management, future skills and AI and introduce new concepts and formats. Take your own work packages and smaller projects and help us make learning more visible, simpler and more effective. Gain exciting insights into strategic HR, change and transformation initiatives of an international company and actively participate in their implementation. It is possible to link this activity to the preparation of a final work.

You are in advanced studies – your area of expertise is secondary, more important are self-initiative, structure and team spirit You are happy to develop ideas and advance projects You work structured, independent and like to take responsibility You are interested in modern learning formats, communication or personal development You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing You are very safe in handling MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
