Your role In this central function, you control and monitor the implementation of the brand policy and brand instruction security worldwide. You advise responsible managers in production plants, sales and after-sales companies as well as in international joint ventures and coordinate cooperation with local security managers. The focus of the role is on the design, development and international control of the brand's safety management. These include, in particular, the establishment of effective governance structures, the assessment and management of risks, the further development of resilience and crisis management skills and the support of management in safety-relevant decisions. Project and program management methods are used to implement these projects in a structured, transparent and sustainable manner.

You make a significant contribution to the security, compliance, resilience and availability of global sites and support the continuous development of the international security organization.

Your duties

Further development, control and monitoring of the international safety management of the brand and ensuring the implementation of global safety standards. Creation and assessment of position pictures, risk analyses and decision bases for management and relevant bodies. Identification, assessment and follow-up of security risks and development of appropriate measures to strengthen organisational resilience. Development and coordination of crisis management, staff work and business continuity structures. Planning, implementation and follow-up of reviews, audits and effectiveness controls to continuously improve safety management. Advising international locations and executives in security, risk, crisis and governance issues. Structure and control of safety-relevant projects and programs using suitable PMO methods. Cooperation with internal and external partners and representation of the concerns of corporate security in relevant bodies.

Your qualifications Complete university studies, preferably in an organizational, state, political or security environment. Multiannual experience in security management or comparable functions with responsibility for risk, resilience, crisis or governance issues, ideally in an international context. Funded knowledge in position assessment, risk management, staff work, crisis management and organisational resilience. Experience in governance, audit and compliance processes and the further development of security structures. Proven experience in project and program management (PMO) for the structured implementation of complex organisational projects. Embossed agile mindset and structured, targeted and independent working. German and English skills. High intercultural competence and safe occurrence at management level.
