Teamleiter (m/w/d) Mannheim | Full time BT-BTM-26-004 Professional and disciplinary leadership of the Payroll team (currently 5 people) Contact person:in and professional support of your team in complex social insurance and tax issues Ensuring correct monthly wage and salary accounting Responsibility for compliance with statutory, collective and operational requirements in wage tax, labour and social security law, as well as supervision of appropriate audits Processing of special topics, such as short-time work, occupational retirement provision or group-internal reporting Contact person:in for IT to implement new requirements Close cooperation with the staff management, which you are subject to professional and disciplinary Further development and optimization of internal processes in the area of Payroll
