In order to prepare yourself for the new task as a hotel manager, you will rotate between 3 hotels (national & international) within 12-18 months and get to know all the operating departments of our hotels. Additional projects and support by experienced mentors will give you the opportunity to develop your potential and develop your expertise. Training-on-the-job: You run all the operating departments at the hotel – from the front office to housekeeping to the service – and understand what real hospitality is. Learning by Doing: You actively participate in the day-to-day operating business, recognize optimization potentials and shape the guest experience. Leadership Development: You get to know leadership tasks, accompany executives, support team coordination and motivation, and take over your own projects as leadership. Mentoring & Feedback: A mentor will accompany you through the entire program and beyond. A personal development plan and regular feedback talks help you develop. Training & Networking: You participate in internal training and workshops at our Motel One Campus, build your network and prepare for your leadership in the hotel industry.
Qualifications What you bring: You have a completed degree in Hotellerie / Tourism / BWL or a comparable degree of a tourism school. You bring at least. 1 year operational experience in various departments at the hotel with, first leadership experience is beneficial. You are flexible in the location and ready to travel. You want to take responsibility, be a model, motivate your team and make bold decisions. Your passion for hospitality and your will to become a hotel manager are driving you. You have a high social competence, an open and communicative way and a positive basic attitude. You speak both German and English fluently. You have analytical thinking, high quality awareness and a pronounced service orientation. You work structured, independent and team-oriented – because we achieve our goals together!
