Total responsibility for the logistics locations in the Nord region with approx. 200 employees Leadership, development and motivation of the location and department management Ensuring efficient logistics processes in sample transport and adjacent areas Control and optimization of sample and material flows Responsibility for compliance with quality, safety and compliance standards Planning and implementation of projects for process improvement, digitization and automation Close cooperation with other business areas (e.g. purchasing, sales, laboratory) Budget and Cost Responsibility for the North Region

Complete training in the field of logistics, business management or a comparable qualification Multiannual leadership responsibility in logistics, ideally in a company with multiple locations detectable experience in controlling large teams (>60 employees) Very good knowledge of modern logistics processes, lean methods and digital tools Entrepreneurial thinking and experience in budget and cost planning High social competence, enforcement strength and ability to successfully accompany change processes
