We build a new, modern data center in Schwalbach near Frankfurt am Main. At our site, two key occupational groups will be active: service technicians (m/w/d), who are responsible for installation, installation and cabling of hardware, as well as electricians/electronics (m/w/d) who ensure the operation and availability of our technical infrastructure. From October 2026, we are looking for a dedicated team lead on the ground, which leads organically, professionally and conceptually, creates clear structures and ensures a smooth running of all technical and operational processes.

(m/w/d) für Energie- und Gebäudetechnik, Elektroniker (m/w/d) für Energie- und Gebäudetechnik, Elektroniker (m/w/d) für Betriebstechnik, or in a comparable field Master (m/w/d), technician (m/w/d) or equivalent electrotechnical degree Multiannual professional experience in the operation or construction of critical technical infrastructure, ideally in a data center, power plant or in a similarly demanding environment Knowledge of the technical building equipment (TGA) as well as the systems relevant to data centers, in particular electricity supply, USV, grid replacement systems, air conditioning and refrigeration technology, fire detection and safety technology Switching authorization for electrical installations or technical qualifications and forecasting to take over a corresponding switching authorization Experience in handling service providers, maintenance companies and external partners At least 3 years of experience in the disciplinary leadership of a technical team Extensive organizational skills and experience in coordinating complex operating or building phases High communication capability, responsiveness and enforceability Ideally experience in data center operation as well as knowledge in server, network and hardware infrastructure Very good German and good English skills
