You bring:

· A completed at least three years of vocational training in the educational or nursing field, e.g. educators or nurses

· Personal safety and sense of responsibility in dealing with challenging behavior, specializing in people with autism spectrum disorder

· Ready to deal with challenging behaviour

· You are ready to work in shiftwork and weekend

· A high level of autonomy, initiative and creativity

· Willingness to reflect on common and own work

· Team skills

· Good PC knowledge

· Class B driving licence (3)

Your tasks include:

· Support and support of residents in their living environment

· Supply of residents in the nursing and household sector

· Support and support of personal developments

· Conflict and reflection of the joint work in the team

· Acquisition of tasks in the context of reference support
