You analyze and structure business requirements with a clear focus on product development in order to implement them in scalable and sustainable IT solutions. You work closely with various departments and translate requirements into detailed, realizable IT solutions that are optimally tailored to the needs of product development. You design and develop the technical application landscape based on the requirements of the product development business processes and ensure that the architecture is scalable, future-proof and integrated with existing IT systems (such as PLM, ERP and CAx) and the IT infrastructure. You are responsible for the product life cycle, from the design phase to verification and validation to change and variant management and ensure that the PLM system supports the entire process from the product idea to the market introduction and that the processes depicted in the system are continuously optimized to ensure product success. You evaluierst and support the selection of suitable technologies, platforms and tools in the development processes, in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders, to translate specific requirements into technical solutions and to work closely with the domain architecture. You will create a detailed architectural documentation that clearly defines technical specifications, data flows and interfaces. You guide the project teams into architectural concepts and are an advisory service in implementing the planned solutions and adhering to the architectural principles.

Complete study of computer science, engineering or comparable qualifications. Multiannual professional experience in the design and implementation of IT solutions, ideally in the field of PLM or engineering tools. Found knowledge of architecture modelling, ideally with UML, ArchiMate, BPMN or similar frameworks. Experience in the use and integration of Siemens Teamcenter, NX, Capital, Simcenter, Polarion and SAP and in the work with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems are advantageous. Knowledge of modelling and management of product data throughout the life cycle. Impressed analytical skills and problem-solving orientation, excellent communication and team skills and the ability to understand complex technical content.
