ANALYTICS (M/W/D) Business area: Finance & Controlling | Place of use: Lengerich | Type of contract: Fixed employment | Start: now As a controller *in with a focus on HR Analytics, you will ensure the construction and further development of a structured personal controller. They create HR analyses and reports to support strategic personnel planning. The maintenance and further development of the HR-KPI system are just as important as the interpretation and analysis. In cooperation with the Executive Board and HR Management, you are responsible for the control and follow-up of HR budgets, forecasts and deviation analyses. They accompany the personnel requirements, personnel costs and budget planning within the framework of the group planning. In addition, develop and maintain tools for data analysis and reporting. Perspectively, you are increasingly taking on more controlling responsibility in other administrative areas.

You have completed a degree with a focus on controlling, business management, economics or have a comparable qualification. In addition, you have several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally focusing on personal controlling. Basic knowledge in the areas of planning, forecast and target/actual analyses can also be demonstrated. Embossed analytical and conceptual skills as well as a high number affinity characterize you. When handling MS Office (especially Excel) and SAP you are safe. The international character of your tasks requires good English knowledge in word and writing.
