Construction Manager Building Technology - Heating / Ventilation / Sanitary (m/f/d)

You take over the independent construction management for demanding new construction and renovation projects in the area of heating, ventilation and sanitation (HLS). You are taxing and coordinating all project participants – from specialist planners to executive companies to entrepreneurs. With the help of common construction software and MS Office, you can precisely monitor compliance with quality, costs and dates and proactively control deviations. You carefully check technical documents, performance directories and invoices and release them. You accompany the decisive phases of the take-off and commissioning and ensure a smooth transfer of the equipment to the operator. You act as a guarantee for compliance with all relevant standards, guidelines and legal requirements at the construction site.

You have a completed technical training or study (e.g. utility technology, building technology, HLS, technician:in, master:in). You have several years of professional experience in the construction management or project management in the HLS/TGA area. You have experience with larger construction projects, ideally in the area of housing, care, hospital or special buildings. You work structured, powerful and solution-oriented. You are strong in communication with project participants and are safe to use common building software as well as MS Office. You speak fluent German (C1) and bring good English skills (B2).
