You want to make good with your craft and work close to people at the same time, instead of in anonymous halls? At Apleona Wohnservice GmbH in Berlin you combine very good payment with a varied working day in private households.

You make sure that doors, gates, railings, locks and metal components in apartments, houses and residential areas remain safe, functional and high quality. You work in direct contact with our customers - value-estimating, at eye level and with a lot of practical design playroom.

These are your tasks:

• You take over the maintenance, repair and assembly of: doors, gates, railings, grids and other metal components

• Locks, lock cylinders and simple locking systems

• You carry out smaller changes and adjustments in the housing stock (e.g. adjustment of rails, attachment of securing elements, replacement of fittings).

• You recognize deficiencies and sources of danger early on with your know-how for safe and durable solutions.

• You work directly in private households and residential areas - friendly, clean and reliable in contact with the residents.

• You document your orders in a short and precise way so that team and MRP always keep an overview.

That's what we want from you:

• Complete training as a locksmith, metal maker, industrial mechanic or a comparable qualification in metal crafts
• Solid experience in repair, maintenance or assembly of metallic components (doors, gates, railings, grids, locks, etc.)
• Joy of working in used living environments and in direct contact with customers
• Independent, reliable operation and high quality standards
• Good knowledge of German so that orders can be properly coordinated and documented
• Class B licence for flexible use in daily business
