Invoicing Clerk / Contract Management (m/f/d)

In this position, You ensure that our services are billed correctly, completely and on time and that our processes in contractual and accounting work smoothly. Partial time (20–25 hours per week)/unlimited preferably in Potsdam

Maintenance of customer, contract and debitor data in D365 Creation and management of contracts, price lists and invoices Implementation of monthly invoices (incl. special services) Processing of complaints as well as cancellation and correction processes Coordination with accounting, sales and customer service to ensure a smooth process

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification Experience in commercial processing, in particular in the areas of Faktura and contract management Knowledge of contract law and administrative processes Safe handling of MS Office and contract management systems Very good knowledge of German and solid English in word and writing
