Group Leader Planning Non Food (m/f/d)

As a group leader, you lead and motivate your team of 3-5 employees and ensure a steady further development of colleagues. In addition, you support the day-to-day operations and contribute to the optimal non-food processing for our branches. This means:

Link between team and management level Support and participation in the fields of goods allocation and recovery With design in the placement options of the planned promotional items in our branches Close interface work with internal departments (e.g. purchasing, controlling etc.) Evaluation of key figures and production of presentations

Completed commercial training First professional experience in trade desirable, first leadership experience of advantage Very good MS Office knowledge, especially in Excel, experience in handling Google Workspace tools of advantage Independent and structured operation High interface orientation and target group-oriented communication strength
