As Reisebackmeister (m/w/d) Application engineer at Werner & Pfleiderer Lebensmitteltechnik GmbH, you are an integral part of our team in customer support. In this role you are responsible for the technical, technical support and advice of our customers on site. You help to optimally drive our high-quality furnaces, machines and plants and ensure the satisfaction of our customers. Implementation of commissioning, training and workshops at the customer for the optimal use of our furnaces, machines and plants. Customer instructions regarding safety regulations, cleaning, troubleshooting and maintenance of furnaces, machines and plants Design and optimization of production planning and sales support Cooperation with the sales team to identify customer needs and develop tailor-made solutions. Documentation and reporting on performed work and customer feedback.

We are looking for an experienced master (m/w/d) in the bakery trade or a comparable qualification that has the following skills: Craft skills and experience in bakery crafts. Impressed communication strength for effective customer consulting in German and English. Excellent organizational strength for planning and implementing operations. Technical understanding and the ability to use complex machines. Reliability and the ability to work independently and in the team. Global readiness 100% (each 20% Germany, 40% EU and 40% world).
