Professional and disciplinary team leadership: leadership of a team of IT consultants and experts, promoting their further development and ensuring an efficient team combination Project Responsibility: Planning, control and implementation of IT projects in the retail sector, such as the introduction of new cash systems or the optimization of goods management solutions Strategic advice: Supporting our departments through technical and strategic advice in the further development of business processes and IT systems Requirements Management: Analysis and Evaluation of the Requirements of the Departments and Translation in Innovative IT Solutions Quality assurance: Ensuring compliance with time, quality and budget requirements in all your team's projects Technology and market observation: Identification of new trends and technologies in the retail environment and their integration into the corporate strategy Communication with stakeholders: Close cooperation with internal and external partners and regular reporting to management

Complete study of economic informatics, computer science or a comparable degree Multiannual experience in IT projects, ideally in the retail environment First experience in leadership and motivation of teams Good knowledge of retail-specific IT systems (e.g. cash systems, ERP (ideally Microsoft AX)) Understanding modern IT architectures and technologies Very good knowledge of classical and agile methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, PRINCE2, IPMA, PMI) Impressed leadership skills and communication strength Self-employed, structured and proactive methods Very good German and good English skills Nobody is perfect!
